Orders and Payment.- All prices are shown in euros.
- Orders are placed via the online store.
- Payment is made online.
- An order becomes valid once payment has been received.
If a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed and the paid amount will be refunded no later than within 14 days.
Delivery.- Delivery is available within Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.
- Delivery costs are displayed during checkout and depend on the selected delivery method and destination country.
- Estimated delivery time is usually 1–3 business days within Estonia and 2–5 business days within Latvia and Lithuania.
If the customer fails to collect the parcel from the selected parcel locker within the storage period and the shipment is returned to the seller, the parcel may be resent only after payment of the reshipping fee.
- For prepaid orders, the reshipping fee is €10.
- If the customer selected payment upon collection at the parcel locker and the shipment was returned unclaimed, the order must be paid in full before reshipment, together with an additional €10 reshipping fee.
Returns and Withdrawal.- Private customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods which, for hygiene or safety reasons, are not suitable for return if opened (including food products, drinks, capsules, and powders).
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer if the goods correspond to the order.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.
Caffeine-Containing Products (18+).By ordering products that contain caffeine, the customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old and understands the specific characteristics of consuming caffeine-containing products.
FLAVO is not responsible for any consequences resulting from improper use or consumption contrary to recommendations.
Claims and Liability.- The seller is liable for defects that existed at the time of delivery.
- Claims may be submitted within up to 2 years.
- Claims should be sent by email.
Personal Data.Personal data is processed solely for:
- order handling;
- payment processing;
- delivery of goods.
Data may be shared only with payment and logistics partners as necessary.
