Orders and Payment.
  • All prices are shown in euros
  • Orders are placed via the online store
  • Payment is made online
  • An order becomes valid once payment has been received

If a product is unavailable, the customer will be informed and the paid amount will be refunded no later than within 14 days.

Delivery.
Delivery is available within Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania
  • Delivery costs are displayed during checkout and depend on the selected delivery method and destination country
  • Estimated delivery time is usually 1–3 business days within Estonia and 2–5 business days within Latvia and Lithuania
Returns and Withdrawal.
  • Private customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods
  • Returned items must be unused and in original condition
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods which, for hygiene or safety reasons, are not suitable for return if opened (including food products, drinks, capsules, and powders)
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer if the goods correspond to the order
Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.

Caffeine-Containing Products (18+).
By ordering products that contain caffeine, the customer confirms that they are at least 18 years old and understands the specific characteristics of consuming caffeine-containing products.

FLAVO is not responsible for any consequences resulting from improper use or consumption contrary to recommendations.

Claims and Liability.
  • The seller is liable for defects that existed at the time of delivery
  • Claims may be submitted within up to 2 years
  • Claims should be sent by email

Personal data is processed solely for:

  • payment processing
  • delivery of goods
